Cuatro horas y un tuk-tuk cubren una cantidad sorprendente de Colombo, porque un triciclo va donde los coches hacen cola y se detiene donde los autobuses no pueden. Este tour privado enlaza mas de dieciocho monumentos a traves de Fort, Pettah, Slave Island y Cinnamon Gardens, con las entradas ya cubiertas.
El tour comienza alrededor del lago Beira en Gangaramaya, un monasterio que coleciona cosas: reliquias, coches antiguos, regalos de peregrinos, y arquitectura tomada a la vez de las tradiciones de Sri Lanka, tailandesa, india y china. Desde alli pasa por el parque Viharamahadevi, el ayuntamiento con cupula y la Plaza de la Independencia, donde el salon conmemorativo de 1948 marca el fin del dominio britanico y copia el salon de audiencias de los reyes de Kandy.
Galle Face Green viene despues, el largo paseo colonial junto al mar, y detras el antiguo edificio del parlamento. Luego el tour se dirige a la ciudad activa: el mercado flotante de Pettah en el canal, las calles de mercado cubiertas donde cada calle comercia en una sola cosa, la torre del reloj de la epoca holandesa, y la mezquita a rayas Jami Ul-Alfar de 1908 que se ha convertido en el emblema del distrito.
Fort es el ultimo barrio, que lleva las capas portuguesa, holandesa y britanica del puerto en un kilometro cuadrado: el antiguo faro y la torre del reloj, el museo maritimo en un edificio holandes, las casas bancarias coloniales y el templo hindu Sri Kailawasanatan. La Torre del Loto es el contrapunto moderno, y una parada en un comerciante de te permite degustar te de Ceilan.
Como el tour es privado, el ritmo es el suyo. Los pasajeros de crucero son una gran parte de quienes lo toman, asi que el operador trabaja segun los horarios de los barcos y le devolvera al terminal con margen; diga al reservar cual es su hora limite a bordo. The Zoom tour was very good and informative. We saw many beautiful temples and buildings. The guide was super friendly and never stressed us out and let us take as many photos as we wanted. He even showed us around for 5 hours instead of 4 because he explained and showed everything in such detail. There were also a few insider tips that we would never have discovered without a guide. Would recommend! Our tour guide's name was Fasmi. He was very, very friendly and drove well!

it is an amazing tour, I personally enjoyed visiting all the places in colombo, the driver Mr.Safmin is really kind and informative person. I recommend take the ride with them and For sure I will do it again.
Very good zoom tour with fashim, gave very good information and took us around each location making sure we were happy with what we saw, he was always ready to answer questions. Tea tasting at the end was fab and we were able to taste up to 4 teas with no pressure to buy anything after!
I recommend this activity to everyone! Our tour guide arrived on time and gave us a wonderful tour of the city! We managed to do in 2 hours what would have taken us a whole week. Zoom Tours provided an amazing service with this trip! We had so much fun & saw the most amazing sights on our tour. It was so interesting to see the Maritime Museum, the market and the Hindu temple from the inside! Also, we got to taste some fresh fruit & drink a coconut. Our tour guide Fasmi was so friendly and welcoming and went out of his way to provide us with the most amazing experience. He even got us some sweet flower necklaces & drove like an absolute legend through the busy Colombo streets. 10/10 experience and we would deffo recommend to everyone!
