Huge mistake booking with this company. We paid for a zipline and ATV package, yet after completing the zipline they suddenly claimed the ATV wasn’t included—despite it clearly being listed in our booking confirmation. We were stopped mid-experience, delayed because of their confusion, then outright refused the ATV ride we had already paid for. Instead, we were forced to sit around watching others do the activity we booked, before being sent back.
