Disenado para las dos situaciones en que un tour de ciudad normal no funciona: una larga escala en el aeropuerto de Abu Dhabi, y un crucero que hace escala en el puerto Zayed por el dia. La recogida se hace desde cualquiera de los dos, y el horario se organiza alrededor de su vuelo o su barco en lugar de una salida fija.

Cinco horas cubren las tres cosas que vale la pena ver si solo tiene una oportunidad. La Gran Mezquita Sheikh Zayed, entrada gratuita, con una abaya proporcionada a las mujeres en la puerta. Qasr Al Watan, el palacio presidencial en funciones, abierto a los visitantes y mucho mas impresionante por dentro de lo que sugiere el exterior. Y la plataforma de observacion de las Torres Etihad a 300 metros, desde donde la Corniche y las islas finalmente adquieren sentido como conjunto.

Un guia autorizado le acompana durante todo el recorrido, lo que marca la diferencia entre mirar estos edificios y entenderlos.

Atencion: hay que prever dos cierres: la mezquita no admite visitantes el viernes por la manana, y Qasr Al Watan cierra con poco aviso por actos de estado. Diganos su fecha y confirmaremos ambos antes de que pague: esto importa mas de lo habitual aqui, porque una escala no tiene segunda oportunidad.

A prrfect tour to sneak in a bit and afterwards You see that it‘s worth it, coming back. Our tour guide was extremely strong regarding the facts&figures and history of the country, but even stronger when it‘s comes to religion. So he gave us a short introduction to the Islam in a very personal and positive, but still neutral way. I think we have all apprectiated that half day. Thank You so much. Berit

Yes. Transport is not included here, so you make your own way to the meeting point. Taxis and Careem are cheap and everywhere, though Abu Dhabi has no metro, so a car is the way to get around. Allow for traffic, which is heavy in the late afternoon.

Do not assume it is. Traditional creek dhows are usually dry, while marina yachts and the larger dinner cruises are more often licensed. It is decided by the boat, not by the itinerary, so check the inclusions on the option you pick.
