Una mesa para veintidos personas, atornillada a una plataforma, elevada a cincuenta metros por una grua y dejada alli mientras come. Los chefs y la tripulacion suben con usted al centro, que es el detalle que hace que funcione: la comida se cocina y se sirve en altura en lugar de llegar fria.

Tres platos, con opcion de menu. El plato de costilla corta de res Angus empieza con una burrata italiana, luego la costilla con arroz, luego una esfera de chocolate con helado; hay opciones vegetarianas y otras a elegir al reservar. Dura poco mas de una hora, y la plataforma gira lentamente para que nadie pase toda la comida mirando al lado equivocado.

La vista es la razon para venir. Downtown, el Burj Khalifa y la costa, desde un angulo que ningun restaurante consigue.

Notas practicas a saber de antemano. Va sujeto con un arnes de tipo aeronautico y no puede dejar la mesa una vez en el aire: vaya al bano antes de subir. Hay una edad minima y un peso maximo por asiento, y todo depende del clima: un viento fuerte reprograma o cancela un servicio, y se le avisara el mismo dia. No es para quienes se sienten incomodos con la altura.

It was an amazing experience but the food was also very good. The people there are really nice and are willing to take your photos and videos, I went alone but didn’t feel that at all.

Absolutely beautiful experience. 50ft high with drone celebrations to top it off was AMAZING. The chefs were impeccable. Love Love Love. The entire team ensured you were safe and totally enjoyed each moment. They were extremely interactive. Would highly recommend
