Un flyboard es una tabla sujeta a sus pies alimentada por un chorro de agua, que lo eleva del mar y lo mantiene ahi. Treinta minutos con un instructor, frente a la costa de Umm Suqeim con el Burj Al Arab detras.

Nadie vuela de inmediato. Los primeros diez minutos se dedican a encontrar el equilibrio mientras el instructor controla el acelerador desde el barco, y la mayoria esta de pie con firmeza a mitad de camino y se sumerge como un delfin al final. Esa progresion es todo el atractivo.

No se necesita experiencia ni ser un buen nadador, se lleva un chaleco salvavidas todo el tiempo y el instructor esta en el agua con usted.

Las fotos y videos los toma el instructor y se envian despues, lo cual importa aqui mas que en la mayoria de las actividades: esto es realmente dificil de fotografiar uno mismo y se ve mucho mas dramatico de lo que se siente.

Se proporcionan casilleros y un vestuario con ducha abierta. Vale la pena cambiar las lentillas por gafas dejadas en tierra, o perderlas.

It was a fantastic experience and I absolutely loved every second of it. Worth the money. And my guide Sampat was patient and he taught only what needed to be taught step by step - by the end of it - I was easily Flyboarding (okay not so easily but airtime increased quite a bit) ! Dil was also very kind and helpful ! 10/10 Experience with Nemo - also go for early morning slot for experience and evening slot for photos - take your pick
