Preguntas frecuentes

For anything in open water, yes, and buoyancy aids are worn regardless. Say clearly at the briefing if you are a weak swimmer, because the crew will position you differently rather than turn you away.
Swimwear worn under your clothes, a towel, a change of clothes and reef-safe sunscreen. Leave anything you cannot afford to lose on shore, because phones do go overboard.
Sea state, not rain, is what stops these. If it is called off for safety you are rescheduled or refunded. The Gulf is usually calmest early in the morning, which is why the early slots are the reliable ones.
We confirm your booking with the operator before we take it as final, and we need at least one day's notice for anything outside India. Once it is confirmed you get the meeting point, the time and a contact number for the day. If the operator cannot take your date we tell you and refund you rather than leave you waiting.
