Generally ok but communication a bit poor. We booked including skip the line but everyone we asked how to use sent us somewhere else to the point we were almost at the first cable car when we were sent back to ticketing who said we didn’t have skip the line ticket and sent us to customer service who were going to send us back to ticketing. So we just went up. Unfortunately most of the attendants lacked general English comprehension. Definitely go early. By midday crush was over the top
