It was an easy and quick experience, especially for the time I landed. Definitely would recommend going with this when landing in Vietnam. I skipped a long line which might have taken over an hour. Instead, it took less than 10 minutes.
It was very easy to find my guide as she was looking out for me, and had clearly checked my passport photo, which she also had printed. Her colleague also had a printed copy of my visa, and it was incredibly quick and efficiently to direct us through the Fast Track line. Very happy with the service and worth the price, as I’ve had friends standing in immigration lines for well over an hour.

Absolute treat. Took the stress edge off our arrival, for many reasons but most especially loved the far shorter queue through passport control / Immigration. We were assisted all the way to the e-sim installation, ATM withdrawal & Grab pickup outside the airport. Cannot recommend highly enough!
flying i to Vietnam for the first time with a small window between our international flight and out connecting flight gave me some anxiety, how ever this service made it fast and easy to get to where we needed to. 100% will use again
I would 100% recommand it! It tooo us few minutes to pass immigration and if we hadn’t buy this fast track, we would have waited few hours!! Would 100% do it again next time!
