It’s was an amazing and unforgettable 5 day tour and all three tour spots were beautiful. Tripbestie team was very communicative throughout the tour, ensuring we arrived to each tour locations safely. Trip bestie and the Ha Giang Loop team were amazing- surprised me on my birthday and got a yummy cake to celebrate it. Made the day memorable! They took care of us and the tour team very well. Checked on us frequently. Cua, the team leader in Ha Giang Loop was very helpful and funny! The price for this tour is great considering the amazing experience we had. The whole 5 days were amazing. The coordination by TripBestie was great everything worked out perfectly. I got picked up at my Hotel and dropped off where I was supposed to. I never had to think at all😅 All the tours I made I would definitely recommend but the Ha Giang Loop was for sure my favorite. I did upgrade to a singleroom for one night which I really recommend. And looking back I would probably upgrade the sleeper buses as well.

This is a great package for seeing the highlights of Northern Vietnam in a short amount of time. TripBestie made sure I was well taken care of and coordinated my transportation and all of the logistics with care. Even after my 5 days tour ended, I opted to go Sapa and Da Nang afterwards in which TripBestie helped me coordinate my transportation. Couldn’t recommend this package/company enough! Yes. Hotel pickup in Ha Long Bay. TripBestie confirms your pickup time and the exact spot once the booking is in. The collection window is usually a little wider than a fixed minute, because the driver is working a route around several hotels.
The price does not cover 1. ha giang border permit fee ($10/person), 2. drinks other than bottled water, 3. personal expenses and 4. travel insurance. Everything it does cover is listed in full on this page, so if something is not on that list, budget for it separately.
Overnight cruises sleep on board; day cruises do not. Cabins on the boats we book are private with an ensuite bathroom, and the grade of boat is stated in the option you choose rather than left vague.
