The boat is beautiful, god was nice and they try and organise the trip so you avoid as many crowds as you can. The guide Henry was funny, witty and very competent. Pool is a wonderful bonus! Loved it :)

The trip was well organized, Austin was a good guide , spoke very clearly , we stayed on the new really luxurious boat , buffet was good, better than in my other tour . Ha Long bay is so full of tourists that you can hardly move ! I would not go there if I knew how full it would be , next stop in the cave was indeed worth of waiting , cave is huge and looks amazing. An experience to remember

Die Tour war sehr gut organisiert. Tom unser Tourgide hat uns alles super erklärt und war sehr aufmerksam. Auch die Mitarbeiter auf dem Schiff waren sehr zuvorkommend und aufmerksam. Ich fand es besonders gut, dass immer deutlich daraufhingewiesen wurde, wenn wenn etwas extra gekostet hat.

Yes. Hotel pickup in Ha Long Bay. DGB - INDOCHINATODAYTRAVEL confirms your pickup time and the exact spot once the booking is in. The collection window is usually a little wider than a fixed minute, because the driver is working a route around several hotels.
The price does not cover other drinks and meals not mentioned, speedboat fee (optional add-on service available upon request at the site), surcharge for lunar new year and travel insurant, tips to tour guide and driver. Everything it does cover is listed in full on this page, so if something is not on that list, budget for it separately.
Overnight cruises sleep on board; day cruises do not. Cabins on the boats we book are private with an ensuite bathroom, and the grade of boat is stated in the option you choose rather than left vague.
