El precio incluye una o dos noches en una Junior Suite con vistas al mar, Suite Ocean con balcón privado y bañera, bebida de bienvenida y toallita fría, té en la habitación y restauración a bordo. No incluye propinas para el guía y el conductor, propinas para la tripulación y el personal de servicio, gastos personales durante el viaje y billetes de avión y traslados al aeropuerto, así que cuenta con ese gasto aparte. Todo lo incluido figura al completo en esta página; si algo no aparece en esa lista, da por hecho que no entra en el precio.
El punto de encuentro y la hora se envían por correo en cuanto se confirma la reserva. Necesitamos al menos un día de antelación y confirmamos la fecha antes de dar la reserva por definitiva. Si no se puede confirmar la fecha, te lo decimos y te devolvemos el importe en lugar de dejarte esperando.

Our 3 day 2 night cruise on Ha Long Bay was wonderful. We were taken kayaking and/or on an oar driven raft; we were taken to a place where some chose to swim from the boat over to a beach. We had the opportunity to ride bikes to a village (beautiful) or alternately transported by electric cart. Each time we went out, guides were helpful and informative. The overall experience was good. The cabins are very nice and spacious. The only downside to them is that the windows are old with wooden frames so they don't really seal all that well and it was a bit cold at night. We went on the 2 nights 3 days cruise, more realistically 2 days. The activities were nice and we enjoyed everything we visited. Alex was a really great guide and very nice to everyone. Die Tour ist stark touristisch, besonders an den Hauptattraktionen, die von vielen Besuchern gleichzeitig aufgesucht werden. Kajaktouren sind sehr kurz: meist nur einmal durch einen etwa 1 Meter breiten Tunnel, längere Fahrten durch Höhlen gibt es nicht. Balkonkabinen sind nur per Upgrade verfügbar. Das Personal ist freundlich und zuvorkommend, die Zimmer eher zweckmäßig ausgestattet; Armaturen und Möbel sind stark abgenutzt oder verkalkt.
