It was fantastic unfortunately a huge thunderstorm during the day made it very difficult but no fault of the operator A must do for any tourist if only to get a layout of the city 🥇
Great way to get around Hanoi initially to know where things were and hop off where you wanted to be. Commentary don’t always align with location so that was a little difficult but other than that it was fine. Hats were definitely a bonus in the sun of the top deck!
Well organised and easy to find, Heaps of information on audio guide, Helpful staff, Would recommend.
Nous aimons utiliser ce type de transport qui nous permet de voir l’essentiel d’une ville et surtout de nous permettre de descendre afin de visiter plus en détail lieux, musées, etc et surtout de récupérer le bus qui passe toutes les 30 minutes

Activity was ok but when they handed the earphones to us to listen to the commentary it was all in Vietnamese not an option for English. A little disappointing unfortunately.
Lieber mit Grab die Sehenswürdigkeiten selbst anfahren. Ist wesentlich günstiger, da der Audioguide nicht zu verstehen ist. Die Kopfhörer haben immer Wackelkontakt.

la visite est complète et donne un très bon aperçu de cette ville très étendue, c'est pratique et instructif.
Wir waren zufrieden. Leider konnten wir den deutschsprachigen Guide nur schlecht verstehen
Boarding in the morning is easy but it is very hard to hop on when on the route. There is not signage where to get the bus and the app doesn’t work well. We had to walk all the way back to the original pickup point to get back on the bus. The recorded guide cuts off and you don’t get the entire info. It was just okay overall.
