Very well organized and we were informed when there has any change. We would like to thank Gam for her intimate knowledge of Halong bay and we were treat very well. The day boat crew was very efficient. We were very pleased by the crew on board of the Legend too

Hi! The service and food were good. The best was day 2 on board the day boat Sunshine Cruise. On board Le Journey the room was terribly dirty. There was mold and fungus all over the bathroom. Both walls and floor. See attached photos. It is harmful to your health to breathe in! Not acceptable! In addition, there were large dust mites in the room. The lamp on the table is flammable. And there were no life jackets in the cupboard marked Life Jacket. This is not good for safety on board. In addition, the boat seemed old and worn. Es gab eine gute Kommunikation via whatsapp vor der Abholung im Hotel. Sowohl Hin- als Rückfahrt von/nach Hanoi war entspannt. Timing und Organisation am Hafen bis zum Cruise war reibungsfrei. Alle Aktivitäten waren zeitlich sehr geplant, so dass wir den Touristenmassen entgehen konnten. 3D2N-Option hat erfüllt was wir erwartet haben. Viel Entspannung, wenig Touristen, kleine Gruppe und viel Zeit auf dem Wasser. Wir haben uns bewusst für ein kleineres Schiff entscheiden und waren voll zu frieden. Nur 22-28 Menschen. Natürlich viele Nationalitäten. Der Service und die Sauberkeit waren sehr gut.
Ha Long bay was beautiful, but very busy. The cave experience has sadly been diluted through far too many tourists. Our second night on the cruise was however most worth it as Lan Ha bay was magnificent. Kayaking, swimming in a pristine wilderness. Loved every minute of our cruise, wonderful staff, excellent food and our small cabins were clean, warm and cosy. A truly glorious experience. Would reccommend the very budget friendly in in two night Le Journey cruise anytime.
Wir haben 3D2N gebucht und der Service war super. Alles hat gut funktiert und war sehr gut organisiert. Das Essen war lecker und es wurde auf alle Unverträglichkeiten und Wünsche eingegangen :))!!
Unbedingt die zwei Tagestour nehmen. Erster Tag von Touristen überlaufen. Zweiter Tag ganz entspannt an abgeschiedenen Orten. Leider auch dort überall Müll zu finden
Trip and crew were fine. Lan Ha Bay is much better than Holang Bay. But the food was realy bad at dinner.
Belle croisière même avec un temps gris et une fine pluie. Le bateau est très beau et le personnel est super. La nourriture est délicieuse. On a adoré faire du kayak au milieu de ce splendide paysage.
Wir haben die Tour mit 2 Übernachtungen gebucht und waren sehr happy damit. Aus Kapazitätsgründen wurden wir nach Absprache auf das 5* Le Journey Calypso Cruise umgebucht, was für uns ein Upgrade war. So hatten wir ein Zimmer mit Balkon. Die Buchung einer Tour durch Ha Long & Lan Ha Bay statt nur Ha Long ist absolut zu empfehlen, da man so auch die ruhigeren Ecken erlebt. Das Boot und die Crew waren super. Das Essen war auch sehr gut, es konnte ebenfalls auf unsere Allergien eingegangen werden. Wir empfehlen die 3D2N, da der zweite Tag für uns der Beste war. Einige Aktivitäten, aber dennoch en
