Hanói tiene mil años y es a la vez una capital colonial francesa, las dos cosas al mismo tiempo: las 36 calles del Barrio Antiguo, cada una con el nombre del gremio que comerciaba allí, el lago de la Espada Restituida en su centro, el Templo de la Literatura de 1070, el mausoleo donde yace expuesto Ho Chi Minh (solo por las mañanas, cerrado lunes y viernes y dos meses cada otoño) y el barrio francés arbolado, de villas y Ópera. Los cafés de la Train Street, donde el tren pasa a un metro de las mesas, abren y cierran según cambian de opinión las autoridades. El café al huevo se inventó aquí en 1946, el bun cha es la comida y el teatro de marionetas de agua junto al lago es el plan de la noche. Great way to experience Ha Giang loop if you don’t want to ride on a motorcycle and you would prefer a small group. Most of the Ha Giang loop trails are pretty large groups of 20-year olds. In my mid-40s and traveling with my husband we didn’t think that was the right scene for us, and this tour worked much better for us. The scenery of the area is the standout. Our guide was very informed about the local area, and the non-English speaking driver was very kind and accommodating. The overnight stays were in pretty basic hotels, though we had a private room and bathroom, and all were clean.

Couldn’t recommend it more, Definitely the best company to do it with. All the places we stayed at were really lovely with a pool and good accommodation. The food as well was really good every day for all three meals.
