Tracey is a wonderful guide and she made the whole trip so lively. The whole trip was well planned and amazing.

Don't book this tour! We booked it, made the payment, received confirmation from geyourguide and got nothing -- no tour, no contact with the tour operator through this app, whatsapp or calls. When we went to the office of the tour operator, there was nobody there, but a big lock on the door. As far as we know, this tour doesn't exist.

First. They did not text us the before like they are supposed to and on the morning of we had to get our own grab, this inconvenience made us late. Yes they did pay for that grab. Then the part that is not acceptable is that apparently there was no bike tour? We got sat on a bus tour without our knowledge. We only had one day in ninh Binh so we weren’t able to get on bikes and go around. When we talk to the boss/ manger on the phone, he hanged up on us 3 times. In the description it said we had to pay an amount for the tickets- we payed more that it said. The guide was very cute but we underst

J’avais réservé cette visite pour le vélo. La veille au soir je contact l’agence car je n’ai pas de nouvelle de leur part et elle m’annonce que ma visite est annulé et la remplacé par une autre visite sans vélo. Le groupe était sympathique mais la guide était difficilement compréhensible. À la fin de la journée la guide me demande de payer des frais supplémentaires alors que ce n’est pas la visite que j’ai payer, que je n’ai pas eu de vélo et que personne ne m’avait parler de ses frais supplémentaires avant la visite ni pendant.

My partner and I completed this tour with Hung today. It was a great tour and we really enjoyed all the activities especially having a private guide who took us where we needed to go via bicycle, Hung looked after us and let us enjoy ourselves at our own pace. We really loved the option of travelling via bicycle which allowed us to see Ninh Binh’s beauty, including riding through rice fields, seeing mountain goats and water buffalos and this was one of the only tours which offered this. Lunch was great also, we were looked after from start to finish. Highly recommended day trip!

we rented a bike and was following the nephew of the guide. he was kind for sure but there was no added value. the information by the guide were non existent basically I could have rent the bike and do eveythong bymyself. the young nephew did not have enough experience maybe because of a misunderstanding between the guide and the boat tour there was conflict that I wanted to cancel my boat tour. the scenery is good and the highlight was food.

Viele Sehenswürdigkeiten an einem Tag und alles mit dem Fahrrad erreichbar. Dabei noch viel unterweg von der Landschaft gesehen. Es war ein wunderschöner Tag.
