We had an amazing time with our guide Anna and our driver Vinh. They were informative, kind, helpful and friendly. You couldn't wish for a better experience of Hanoi. We would highly recommend this team for a private half day tour. It was so special to share time with locals.

The quality of this performance is excellent. With live musicians and singers and the super unique water puppet performance, the 50min performance flies by! Memorable for all the good reasons

Very efficient and communicated well, good activity

It is expensive, the ticket price is 100.000 vnd and it is easy to buy tickets at the entrance. Here you pay double. The show itself is really beautiful and amazing, highly recommend doing it when visiting Hanoi.

The puppet show was funny & entertaining. Well worth a visit if you’re in Hanoi. Organisation of tickets was poor. Couldn’t collect in advance from ticket office. Had to wait until 5 minutes before show to get from guide. I got my ticket after a lot of confusion, was rushed in & show had already started. Also noticed people buying at counter could choose seats & it felt like seats for GYG tickets were the last allocated after all the better seats were gone. Worth going but I would buy directly from ticket counter next time.

Skipping the queue but increasing the stress by 10 - unnecessarily, Nothing against the show that was nice as usual , but if I buy something online I am expecting at least the minimum guidance. Arrived at the Theater 10 min earlier than their request since you need to collect a paper ticket ;they don’t say this in the description …) - no info from the employees that are just barking at you like angry dogs , after 10 minutes asking around with just @this is agency it’s not us” inserts somebody finally is telling you to wait there and just two minutes before the show somebody is coming scanning

Het was makkelijker en goedkoper geweest dat we zelf onze tickets kochten. Anna was een goede gids die veel moeite deed maar haar Engels was moeilijk verstaanbaar waardoor er veel verloren ging

Cogimos solo la entrada al espectáculo, sin tour organizado. La representación cuenta, en vietnamita, distintas historias y leyendas tradicionales de Vietnam, acompañadas de música en directo. We had a fantastic tour with our guide Anna. She spoke amazing English and her knowledge of the sites was amazing. She adapted the tour to meet the needs of our family. The AC mini van waiting at all the exits was a welcome site after walking around in the summer heat as well as the water Anna kept supplying us with.
