Esta es una experiencia de 2 días desde Ciudad Ho Chi Minh, centrada en Paseo en bici para ver el amanecer. Reservamos tu plaza con el operador antes de dar la reserva por definitiva.

El delta del Mekong empieza dos horas al sur de Ciudad Ho Chi Minh, donde el río se divide en nueve brazos por una provincia llana y verde de arroz, cocoteros y huertos frutales. Las excursiones de un día llegan a My Tho y Ben Tre: una barca por el brazo principal, un sampán por los canales entre cocoteros, un taller de caramelo de coco, té con miel y fruta con música tradicional, y una vuelta en bicicleta o tuk-tuk por los huertos. Los mercados flotantes quedan más lejos: Cai Be se ha quedado en un puñado de barcas, mientras que Cai Rang, en Can Tho, a cuatro horas de la ciudad, es el de verdad y solo funciona de 5:00 a 8:00, así que exige dormir en Can Tho. El delta es caluroso y húmedo todo el año; en la estación lluviosa, de mayo a noviembre, es cuando los huertos están más cargados.

Explore the village with bike visit orchards, dragon fruit, ... and see beautiful rice fields. Enjoy Kayaking adventure through a maze of waterways. 11:30 AM: Joining cooking class, learning how to cook Vietnamese dishes such as: Bánh Xèo (Pancake), Chả Giò (Spring rolls).

Lunch time

12:00 PM: Enjoy a BBQ lunch with local food. 13:30 PM: Check in cruise and move on the Mekong River. Visit coconut candy workshop, bee farm and enjoy honey tea. Enjoy Vietnamese traditional music (Đờn Ca Tài Tử - A folk art from Southern Vietnam accredited by UNESCO in 2013). Relax by hand – rowed sampan in small canals. 15:00 PM: Visit Vinh Trang Pagoda 16:30 PM: The bus takes you back to Homestay. 18:30 PM: Enjoy dinner with local food. Take some rest and sing Karaoke.

Ride bicycles to watch the sunrise

5:30 AM: Get up early and ride bicycles to watch the sunrise over the rice fields. Visit the local market, enjoy Vietnamese coffee, and local breakfast. Enjoy the bustling lifestyle of local people every early morning. 9:00 AM: Kayaking adventure through a maze of waterways. 10:30 AM: Wearing traditional clothes of the local people of Southern Vietnam - Bà Ba clothes. Planting wet rice, catching fish, and throwing nets— experience the life of a farmer.

11:50 AM: Have lunch 12:30 PM: Check out room. The bus takes you back to HCMC. 14:30 PM: End of tour and drop-off at hotel.

Most day treks are 10 to 15 km on village paths, steep and muddy after rain, done in trainers or light boots. Local Hmong or Dao women guide and set an easy pace. Bring a rain jacket, a warm layer from November to March, cash for the villages, and a small bag; homestays provide mattresses, blankets and dinner. Leave the big luggage at your hotel in town.
