Ben, my guide, was so kind and accommodating. He was great. I can not say the same for SST Travel. I booked a tour to include the Zen Monastery and provided by voucher and my receipt. SST travel would not honor it and said I booked another tour (that they never sent me a notification of the day before or at any time). I also reimbursed Ben for the additional money he personally spent taking a Grab to monastery and back (as SST travel refused to pay for it) now saying my tour was only 2 hours (but what I booked was a 4.5 hour tour). Additionally, they changed the time of the tour twice on me. I

Leider hat meine Aktivität nicht stattgefunden. Ich kam extra wegen dieser Aktivität nach Can tho und buchte es eigentlich für den 20.02. Da es bereits sehr früh los geht lag ich am Vorabend bereits im Bett, als ich nach 20:00Uhr einen Anrif erhielt. Die Dame meinte es wäre Sinnvoll due Tpur zu verschieben da aufgrund der Tet Feiertage wenig los sein würde. Obwohl ich es sehr fragwürdig finde, dass sowas am Vorabend 8 Stunden vor Beginn besprochen wird, einigten wir uns auf den nächsten Tag, da sie versicherte um 08:00 uhr spätestens wieder zurück beim Hotel zu sein. Der Steg war auxh nur 10 m
Floating down the Mekong was very memorable and the lunch we had was great. It did feel a bit rushed though for example when trying all the fruits our group didn’t even have time to finish what was brought out. The tour guide was very knowledgable, but kept saying let’s go let’s let’s go in an annoyed manner.
