Ciudad Ho Chi Minh, que para todo el que vive allí sigue siendo Saigón, es la ciudad más grande de Vietnam y su motor comercial, y un día allí es el Distrito 1 y Cholon: el Museo de los Vestigios de la Guerra, el Palacio de la Reunificación donde los tanques derribaron la verja en 1975, la oficina de correos francesa y la catedral de Notre Dame, el mercado de Ben Thanh y el barrio chino de Cholon con el templo de Thien Hau. Es también la ciudad de la comida callejera: pho, banh mi, com tam y arroz partido en mesas puestas en la acera, que se disfrutan mejor en un recorrido nocturno en moto, que es como se mueve la ciudad. El tráfico es a la vez el espectáculo y el peligro; cruza a paso firme y las motos te esquivan. Cu Chi y el Mekong son las dos excursiones de un día.

Highly recommend this activity in Saigon. Quynh was very knowledgeable about Vietnamese coffee. It was a smaller group so the activity felt more personalized and help with the coffee making process. In addition, highlighting the history and origins of Vietnamese coffee. Would definitely put this on your must do activities in Saigon!
It was the best experience during all 3 days in HCM. Absolutely worth even if you’re not a coffee lover.
One of the best workshops I have ever had. The time was a little longer (about 2 hours), but the guide had SO MUCH to tell! He taught us about the coffee beans and growth, about the history of Vietnam, the culture, the differences between south, middle and north Vietnam, and of course the three recipes. He clearly has a lot of love for the coffee trade, and a lot of knowledge. Also, perfect English spoken workshop!

It was AMAZING!!!! I would recommend for everyone! Quynh talks about the coffee, history, and everything was extraordinary! Im really not the kind of person who likes “classes” but in this case he had my full attention!! We had some private and fun time, he is really passionate about his job and it shows! We learned how to makes these delicious coffees in a fun way, and I was actually sad that it was only 1,5 hours, i could listen him for a few more hours 😬😅 I really recommend him if you want a fun but affective experience about Vietnam, coffee, and see a point of view from a lovely person who
