스쿠버 다이빙이라 적혀있으나 스쿠버 다이빙이 아닌 스노쿨링으로 예약했다고 함. 시작 하루 전날에 배 수리 한다면서 50% 환불해 주는 대신 더 낮은 품질의 프로그램으로 진행함. 하지만 환불해 준다면서 며칠이 지나도록 환불해주지 않고 환불에 대해 문의해도 답변 조차 없음.

on était sensé plonger mais on a eu qu'un masque et un tuba, il n'y avait pas grand chose à voir: très peu de poissons et coraux ternes
