Our guide Chu was very experienced and knowledgable. Not only was she passionate about sharing historic facts of Danang & Hoi An and key highlights of the trip, she was also very attentive to help us take pictures and ensured we had the best angles. Loved it. Perfect trip. All of it. Just great. Tour guide (anh) was great. Loved the marble mountains and the basket boats were so much fun. Spinning was worth the extra. I would recommend brining a tip for your basket boat person. Hoi an beautiful loved the lanterns

Yes. Hotel pickup in Hoi An. Dacotours confirms your pickup time and the exact spot once the booking is in. The collection window is usually a little wider than a fixed minute, because the driver is working a route around several hotels.
The price does not cover personal expenses, elevator ticket at marble mountains, tip for tour guide, boat rider and driver and surcharge for pickups from outside the city center of da nang. (we will notify you via whatsapp/email). Everything it does cover is listed in full on this page, so if something is not on that list, budget for it separately.
The Hoi An old town ticket (a small fee that covers five heritage houses or halls) is included when the listing says so; otherwise it is bought at the entrance and the guide explains which houses to use it on. The old town is closed to motorbikes for most of the day, and My Son is best at opening time before the tour buses.
