The ha Giang loop is a must when you come to North Vietnam, the company I think is actually brokered out to Hong Hao Hostel? They ran the tour and they were fabulous, the first sleeper bus was fantastic- from sapa it is a bit windy so maybe take sickness tablets, our bus back to Hanoi was not great but other than that the tour itself is amazing, food was good, our guide Penh was great.

the tour itself was amezing. Just the organisation trough this booking wasnt as good. they really are sow to respond or not at all. also my way back was not as it was promised. instead of being back at hanoi around 11pm it turned out to be 3am in the middle of the night with a really bad quality sleeperbus who stoppen every 20min to collect items and stached this inbetween the bed. this ment when i had a break i barly could get out and crawler over the items.
