Ceci est une experience de 8 heures a Siem Reap. Elle est assuree par Camboya Travel, un operateur avec qui nous reservons directement plutot que via un revendeur, ce qui nous permet de retenir votre place avant de considerer votre reservation comme definitive.
Angkor Wat a ete construit dans la premiere moitie du 12e siecle par Suryavarman II comme temple hindou dedie a Vishnu, plus tard converti a l'usage bouddhiste, et c'est le plus grand monument religieux au monde avec environ 162 hectares a l'interieur de ses fosses. Contrairement a presque tous les autres temples khmers, il fait face a l'ouest. La galerie exterieure porte environ 600 metres de bas-reliefs, dont le Barattage de la Mer de Lait, et les tours centrales representent le mont Meru. Le niveau superieur impose un code vestimentaire reellement applique : epaules et genoux couverts, pas de debardeurs, sous peine d'etre refoule a l'escalier. Un Angkor Pass est requis et coute 37 USD pour un jour, 62 pour trois et 72 pour sept, vendu uniquement via Angkor Enterprise ; les moins de 12 ans entrent gratuitement sur presentation d'un passeport.

Had a great day cycling round the temple complex. Pok was an excellent guide and told us everything about the temples, battles and religions. We really enjoyed the off road cycling through the jungle. The bikes were in excellent condition and well maintained. The food at lunch was really good and included in the tour price. Pok was very helpful and knowledgeable. he added value to our visit, anyone visiting Angkor Watt should take a local good. he answered so many questions. he was able to accommodate our request for a cycling tour at the last minute and it helped us see some areas away from the usual destinations.
Ram was our guide for the ride/tour and he was brilliant. Very flexible in dealing with anything we asked for and very informative for the visits to all the temples. He adapts the ride to suit ability and requirements of the group. Lunch was very nice and Ram was always on hand with water and other extras throughout. The whole place is spectacular and when you visit with a knowledgeable guide, even better. The best way to see Angkor Wat and I have already recommended it to others staying in the same hotel.
So glad we decided to book this tour. We had the best time cycling around the Angkor Wat temples. The tour was well organised and our guide, Pok, was amazing. He was so warm and welcoming and took us to places we wouldn't have otherwise gone, sharing information about the temples along the way. I think cycling is the best (and most adventurous) way to experience the area and I highly recommend doing it with Pok.

We had a wonderful day of cycling and touring the temples with Pok. He is an incredibly knowledgeable and gentle guide and an excellent photographer. The cycling incredible and though intense was still manageable even for my wife who has only been riding a bike for the past four months! Once in a life time experience.

Great way to see the temples.
Excellent communication with Pok, our guide. Nice way to get an overview of the tremendous complex. Pok highlighted history and was able to answer our many questions. The lunch stop was clean with very good entrees. Bikes were good, paths were hard packed dirt, some paved, minimal traffic. Pok is a wizard with the photos and happily shares them with you. We were pressed for time in Siem Reap and this tour met our needs. Highly recommend.
Our guide Pok was great. He took care of everything and made very very good fotos. We would definitely do a tour with him again. Seeing the temples by bicycle is really great.
Great bike tour with Meam who was very knowledgeable and shared many interesting points in relation to the temples an the historical background to Cambodia.In my view the only way to see Angkor Wat is by bike .
Onze trip met Pok was echt geweldig! Pok is een enthousiaste gids die erg veel over de tempels weet en hier met humor en passie over vertelt. De activiteit was super geregeld, we werden bij ons hotel opgehaald en we hebben een heerlijke lunch gehad! Het fietsen was super en Pok kende leuke weggetjes. We hebben ontzettend genoten en zouden deze tour aan iedereen aanraden!
