Ceci est une experience de 8 heures au depart de Siem Reap, construite autour de Angkor Wat et Ta Prohm Temple and Bayon Temple. Elle est assuree par Journey Cambodia, un operateur avec qui nous reservons directement plutot que via un revendeur, ce qui nous permet de retenir votre place avant de considerer votre reservation comme definitive.
Angkor Wat a ete construit dans la premiere moitie du 12e siecle par Suryavarman II comme temple hindou dedie a Vishnu, plus tard converti a l'usage bouddhiste, et c'est le plus grand monument religieux au monde avec environ 162 hectares a l'interieur de ses fosses. Contrairement a presque tous les autres temples khmers, il fait face a l'ouest. La galerie exterieure porte environ 600 metres de bas-reliefs, dont le Barattage de la Mer de Lait, et les tours centrales representent le mont Meru. Le niveau superieur impose un code vestimentaire reellement applique : epaules et genoux couverts, pas de debardeurs, sous peine d'etre refoule a l'escalier. Un Angkor Pass est requis et coute 37 USD pour un jour, 62 pour trois et 72 pour sept, vendu uniquement via Angkor Enterprise ; les moins de 12 ans entrent gratuitement sur presentation d'un passeport.
Le prix comprend prise en charge et retour a l'hotel, transport en vehicule climatise et guide touristique anglophone experimente. Il ne comprend pas pass temple d'1 jour, 37 USD par personne, a prevoir en plus. This tour was an incredible experience! A great way to see some of the amazing temples in Cambodia. Sadly it was too cloudy for us to see the sunrise, but the rest of the tour absolutely made up for it. The tour guide Mr Pal was incredible, he has so much knowledge to share! I travelled alone and he made sure to snap some pictures for me, which was very appreciated. The driver Ha was very kind and courteous also. A wonderful experience!

Our guide Sak was extremely knowledgeable and made sure that we arrived early so that we had an excellent position to view the sunrise. Sak took us to see 3 temples and he was able to tell us about the history, architecture and culture of each one. The trip was paced well and we were well supplied with cold water and even cold flannels to help with the intense heat. Being collected and returned direct to our hotel was great. I would really recommend this trip it was an experience of a lifetime.

Mr. Pal was a very thoughtful guide that is passionate to share Cambodian history and culture! We went as a couple on our honeymoon and he took the time to take fun photos shots. The tour was organized and on time, on hot dry season day in late March they had cold waters and the van was comfortable and air conditioned. The tour was paced to show us a lot of the highlights in Angkor Wat and surrounding temples but also allowed us rest stops and breaks to explore. This was a perfect tour for us!
Fantastic trip out - got the best spot for sunrise over Angkor Wat and visited a further 2 temples with excellent guidance from Bun. He gave interesting, informative and open guidance on the sites visited and made sure we were looked after at all times. We were not rushed and given opportunity to explore certain areas for longer. Vireak our driver (apologies if name wrong) was also fantastic making sure we had plenty of water and fearful smelling cold hand towels each time we came back from a site to the transport.
Great half day with an experienced guide and very good driver. A relatively small group and we all had fun! Learned a lot too. And our guide Mr Hang was very good with iPhone pictures!

This was a very beautiful tour! We were a group of 12 people. To watch the sunrise, we arrived at 5:00 AM to Angkor Wat and our guide Bun showed us the best spots so we could take wonderful photos. He explained a lot about the history of the temples as well as the religious background, pointed out many details, and organized everything perfectly in terms of timing. He also took great photos for us.Our driver Mao provided us with water and refreshing towels and made sure that the bus was always parked right next to the exits and well cooled down – which was priceless on such a hot day.
