Ceci est une experience a Siem Reap, construite autour de Jeep / SUV et Siem Reap Province and Secret stop. La campagne immediatement autour de Siem Reap est faite de rizieres, de palmiers a sucre et de villages a cinq minutes de la route des temples, rarement vus par ceux qui font les circuits. Le palmier a sucre est l'arbre national et sa seve est recoltee a la cime par des hommes qui grimpent un poteau entaille deux fois par jour, puis bouillie pour obtenir le sucre de palme utilise dans chaque cuisine khmere. L'annee du riz regle tout : repiquage pendant les mois humides, champs verts pendant la mousson, recolte autour de novembre et decembre, puis chaumes secs et poussiere. C'est en fin d'apres-midi que la lumiere est la meilleure et que les villages sont actifs, donc la plupart de ces balades vont jusqu'au coucher du soleil.

Our morning tour in the open jeep was fantastic from start to finish and the rain did not stop us enjoying our local experience. The guide was extremely knowledgeable, interesting and we all enjoyed sharing stories and experiences of our lives and differences between both our countries. The itinerary was perfect, we drove through the local streets and countryside, visited a temple to watch the monks going about their day. We watched preparation and sampled sticky rice and rice noodles, finishing with a visit and tour of a silk factory. This tour is highly recommended if you want a bit of a dif
We had a lovely time on our afternoon/evening jeep tour. We visited different parts of the countryside including a temple complex and the garden of a village family. We watched the harvesting of some produce and finished up having drinks supplied by the guide whilst watching the sun set over the rice fields. It was such a peaceful setting. Our guide was very informative about the lives of the villagers and we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves.
The driver spoke very good English, he told us about the landscape around, he had cold water and towels with him. And the trip is amazing. You can see the villages around Siem Reap, rice fields, lotus farms and see the breathtaking sunset. 100% recommend!

Una actividad algo diferente, saliendo de las multitudes, conociendo más de cerca la vida diaria de la gente. Aunque algo cara en comparación con otras ofertas.
Todo ha estado genial. Hemos estado por sitios no frecuentados por turistas y el guía hablaba español. Acabamos tomando una cerveza viendo el atardecer rodeados de bufalos en un arrozal. Maravilloso
