Ceci est une experience de 5 heures au depart de Siem Reap, construite autour de Chreav et Traditional village and Wat Po Banteaychey. Elle est assuree par Siem Reaper Travel, un operateur avec qui nous reservons directement plutot que via un revendeur, ce qui nous permet de retenir votre place avant de considerer votre reservation comme definitive.
La campagne immediatement autour de Siem Reap est faite de rizieres, de palmiers a sucre et de villages a cinq minutes de la route des temples, rarement vus par ceux qui font les circuits. Le palmier a sucre est l'arbre national et sa seve est recoltee a la cime par des hommes qui grimpent un poteau entaille deux fois par jour, puis bouillie pour obtenir le sucre de palme utilise dans chaque cuisine khmere. L'annee du riz regle tout : repiquage pendant les mois humides, champs verts pendant la mousson, recolte autour de novembre et decembre, puis chaumes secs et poussiere. C'est en fin d'apres-midi que la lumiere est la meilleure et que les villages sont actifs, donc la plupart de ces balades vont jusqu'au coucher du soleil.
Le prix comprend prise en charge et retour a l'hotel, guide et velo et casque. Il ne comprend pas dejeuner et depenses personnelles, a prevoir en plus. The tour was extremely well organised, my tour guide Ron was excellent very knowledgeable he managed all aspects from pick up at hotel to drop off . The bike was good quality and suited the terrain. Had an absolutely great day on this bike tour with guide Ron! He took us through the more rural parts of Siem Reap that you’d never find on your own, and explained so much along the way about local life, culture, and the surroundings. Really added depth to the experience. The bikes themselves were also in great condition, well maintained and comfortable for a day of riding. All in all, a fantastic day out and highly recommended if you want to see a different side of Siem Reap beyond the temples. Thanks, Ron!
We had a great tour today with Run. Whilst it was a hot day, there were plenty of stops where we could take on water! On the tour we got to experience a Cambodia you don’t see if you stay in the city - which was a real privilege.
This was such a fun experience! The entire day was really well thought out and smooth and the ride was a nice way to see another side of life in Cambodia beyond the city and temples. Ron was an excellent tour guide, super friendly and happy to answer all of our random questions about Cambodian life. Although it was very hot, it was worth it! I will say if you are sensitive to a bumpy rode, my bum was pretty sore afterwards. Otherwise, 10/10 experience! Thanks Ron!
Everyone should do this tour to get a lot of insight in what people do for a living and how to make the best of their lives. I had a lot of fun throughout!
One of the best things we did in Siem Reap! Our guide was amazing and full of knowledge. Was a very special experience getting to see villages and very hard working families.
Mr Vandy was an outstanding guide and led an overall excellent outing. This ride exposes one to the genuine lived experience of everyday Cambodians living on the land. The ride was easy, well paced, and filled with frequent informative stops.

Guide was supportive and knowledgeable; stops were interesting and well spaced. E-bike was a good choice for me but woulda made it just fine on the specialized mountain bikes.
