Ceci est une experience de 5 heures a Siem Reap. Elle est assuree par Siem Reap Shuttle, un operateur avec qui nous reservons directement plutot que via un revendeur, ce qui nous permet de retenir votre place avant de considerer votre reservation comme definitive.
Le Tonle Sap est le plus grand lac d'eau douce d'Asie du Sud-Est et il inverse son sens deux fois par an : pendant la mousson, le Mekong repousse l'eau vers le fleuve Tonle Sap et le lac gonfle plusieurs fois sa taille, puis se vide a nouveau a partir de novembre environ. Les villages qui y vivent font avec. Les maisons sur pilotis de Kampong Phluk se dressent de six a dix metres sur leurs pieds, seches en dessous en mars et a hauteur de marche en octobre ; Kampong Khleang est plus grand, plus eloigne et bien moins visite ; Chong Kneas est le plus proche de Siem Reap et le plus touristique. Quel village convient, et si le bateau peut meme atteindre la foret inondee, depend entierement du mois.

after the pick up from the hotel, we got on the bus, headed to the village. i got in Cambofia in the dry season, so the bus went to the main road, otherwise reachable only by boat. still very interesting to see what's otherwise submerged by meters of water. beautiful and touching for sure. we then got to the temple, then the boat, following the river to the lake. stunning place, fresher and very alive. we docked the floating restaurant, with live crocodiles, and had something to eat and drink. 5' before sunset we went on the terrace above to witness a spectacular sunset. then back on the boat,

Really nice tour, the village is impressive and beautiful to see. Our guide (I don't know to spell it but is name is Nang) was really friendly and know a lot about the village since it's where he grew up.
Great tour, was a nice way to see something different in siem reap. Going to the big lake at sunset was the best part, so beautiful!

I had a good experience on the tour, and the guides were very kind and knowledgeable. However, there were a couple of areas for improvement. The bus we traveled in was somewhat old and noisy, which made for a less comfortable ride, due to the bumpy road. Additionally, the group size was quite large, making it challenging to hear the guide's insights while we explored Kampong Phluk. I found it difficult to take photos and catch all the information being shared at the same time. Overall, I enjoyed the tour and felt it was well-priced for what was offered. Didn’t disappoint, was sceptical at low cost but truly outdid my expectations - definitely worth it. Couldn’t identify any difference between more expensive and this option.
I can't believe the price of this tour, it's really cheap. The tour was wonderful experience. I really enjoyed my time with this tour. I really recommend it to others people who want to see real floating village.

Absolutely amazing trip. Booked last minute and so glad we did. Excellent value for money; 16USD each and then a 11USD for two person boat ride through the mangroves.
Best sunset, we were the last tour group on the water and the guide makesure to stay out long to see it all and everyone has a view. Nan is very knowledgeable and friendly. This tour is amazing value, I wasn’t sure due to it being cheaper than others however we had a great time. They were very accommodating and happy to drop us at hotels or pub street and other locations on return in the evening. 100% recommend Only negative is that in a big group it could be hard to hear our guide Nan, however he was happy to clarify and answer questions and I just made sure to stand near him.
