Le parc Mémorial de la Paix d'Hiroshima se trouve sur le sol sous le point où la bombe a explosé à 8h15 le 6 août 1945. Le dôme de la bombe A, le squelette du hall de promotion industrielle, a été laissé tel qu'il était ; le musée Mémorial de la Paix a rouvert en 2019 après une refonte et prend environ deux heures, et ne convient pas aux jeunes enfants. Le monument de la Paix des enfants est orné de grues en papier envoyées du monde entier. La cuisine propre d'Hiroshima est l'okonomiyaki en couches avec des nouilles, mangé aux comptoirs d'Okonomimura. Miyajima est à 40 minutes et la plupart des visiteurs combinent les deux en une journée.

As a Hiroshima local Hiro was knowledgeable about the area and provided a nice and relaxed tour for us to enjoy. He shared stories of his family background and the impact that the war had in an authentic and open way which was very appreciated. Would recommend this tour to anyone who is interested in learning more about the events in Hiroshima

Mariko our guide for the day was early at our meeting place & introduced herself & immediately addressed us all by our names,she had everything organised & was full of knowledge about the trip we had chosen. Mariko was very friendly & allowed us enough time to experience the sites without being rushed like many other tour groups,we thoroughly recommend Mariko.

Mariko was our guide who is from Hiroshima herself and she was fantastic! We left relatively early and ended at a reasonable time. Plenty of free time to try food, take photos, and she’s open to any and all questions. It was great learning from her as well as the full history of the city. Highly recommend it.

Went down to Miyajima first and saw the dear and temple. Our guide knew the history have been born in the area. Came back to the ferry via the shops and had oysters lemon beer and a few other bits. Definitely eat while you are here the variety and flavors are worth it. Back on the ferry and tram to Hiroshima memorial and museum. Rang the bell at peace park. Well paced day and our guide was excellent.

I have trouble with directions, but Hayato was able to message me and met me quickly. He provided an incredibly positive and memorable experience that should be shared with as many people as possible. Miyajima is a unique shrine with a lot to offer from the friendly deer, Tori gate, food, shopping, beach, and beautiful, intelligent architecture. Hayato shared his perspective and insight on the rich history in Hiroshima. There is dark history with an emphasis on hope and resilience. We are responsible for creating and maintaining peace.
