Description complète

What a great experience. There are cooking classes where you say that was ok and let’s make a tick in in the box. This cooking class was different: it was a real culinary and truly deep experience, Chinatsu as cooking sensei makes the difference. You are not just preparing beloved Udon, the tasting of so many miso flavours puts the broth and with that the entire flavour at the heart of Japaese cuisine and you learn why not just the colour of miso paste is differing but also its taste thanks to various ingredients and the fermentation process. Chinatsu even offers you to try her homemade miso p

The price does not cover transportation. Everything it does cover is listed in full on this page, so if something is not on that list, budget for it separately.
Yes, if you tell us when you book rather than on the day. Dashi, the fish stock, is in almost everything, so vegetarian and vegan need to be named specifically and the host will plan a kombu-based version. Halal-certified restaurants exist in the big cities but are fewer, so say so early.
We confirm your booking with the operator before we treat it as final, and we need at least one day's notice. Once it is confirmed you get the meeting point, the time and a contact number for the day. If the operator cannot take your date we tell you and refund you rather than leave you waiting.
