Nagoya est la quatrième ville du Japon et la porte d'entrée vers le parc Ghibli à Nagakute, ouvert en 2022 avec des billets à horaire fixe qui se vendent des semaines à l'avance, vers Nagashima Spa Land et ses montagnes russes, et vers Inuyama, dont le château est l'un des douze donjons originaux. Les dauphins dorés du château de Nagoya et le musée commémoratif Toyota sont les sites propres à la ville, et l'anguille grillée hitsumabushi et le katsu au miso sont sa cuisine.
