Il n'existe pas de maniere sensee de decrire le spectacle samourai, et c'est precisement le but. Il se trouve au sous-sol d'un immeuble sur l'artere principale de Kabukicho, la salle est tapissee du sol au plafond de miroirs et de LED, et pendant quatre-vingt-dix minutes vous etes soumis a des percussions taiko, des danseurs, des artistes en costume, des effets laser et de la machinerie, a un volume qui rend la conversation optionnelle.
C'est le descendant direct du Robot Restaurant qui occupait la meme place dans l'itineraire de Tokyo pendant une decennie, et il faut l'aborder dans le meme esprit : non pas comme une fenetre sur le Japon traditionnel, mais comme un morceau d'exces de Kabukicho entierement sincere qui ne pourrait exister ailleurs. Les gens qui arrivent en attendant de l'authenticite culturelle partent confus. Ceux qui arrivent en attendant un spectacle partent ravis.
Deux boissons sont incluses et vous pouvez les prendre alcoolisees ou non. L'accueil se fait a l'entree du lieu sur Kabukicho 1-chome, a quelques minutes de la sortie est de la gare de Shinjuku, et il y a un choix de niveau de places a la reservation.
L'argument pratique est qu'il est court, qu'il se deroule en interieur, qu'il a lieu le soir, et qu'il se trouve au milieu du quartier ou vous dinerez probablement de toute facon, Omoide Yokocho et Golden Gai sont tous deux a dix minutes a pied. La nourriture au-dela des boissons n'est pas incluse et n'est pas necessaire ; la plupart des gens vont diner apres.
Si vous n'aimez pas le bruit fort, les lumieres stroboscopiques ou la foule, ce n'est pas pour vous, et aucune curiosite n'y changera quoi que ce soit.

The Samurai Museum was an excellent experience and one of the highlights of my time in Tokyo. Our guide, Yu, was fantastic, friendly, knowledgeable, and great at bringing the history of the samurai to life. The tour felt like a journey through samurai culture rather than just walking through a museum. I especially enjoyed how interactive it was, with plenty of opportunities for photos and even getting to throw shuriken (throwing stars), which was a lot of fun. Yu made the entire experience engaging from start to finish. I’d highly recommend this museum to anyone visiting Tokyo who wants to learn about samurai history while also having a genuinely fun and memorable experience.
Amazing Show!! From the staff to the performers everything was amazing! I highly recommend anybody to enjoy their time here and indulge into the culture of Japan
Really entertaining! Had high hopes with so many 5 stars reviews, was spectacle but really didn’t disappoint! Food options aren’t the best, would recommend eating before or after the show.

Good selection of drinks and great performances. We loved the show, even if it was obviously catering to a western audience. Food was not good though.
I didn’t know what to expect and when I walked through the door it felt a bit like a Vegas fever dream but as soon as the show started I was AMAZED! The lights, the dancing, the music, it was a lot but in the very best way possible definitely would recommend

My friend and I attended and had a blast! It was such a fun show and worth the money to see! The performers were entertaining and the show was just non-stop excitement! Definitely would recommend. Also, thank you to the venue for working with me. I had purchased the 1:40pm show and wasn’t going to make it in time. I emailed and asked if they had availability could they honor our tickets at the 4pm show and they did! So thank you very much for that! Definitely a good show and great customer service!
