Une table pour vingt-deux personnes, boulonnee a une plateforme, soulevee a cinquante metres par une grue et laissee la pendant que vous mangez. Les chefs et l'equipage montent avec vous au milieu, ce qui est le detail qui fait que ca fonctionne : la nourriture est cuisinee et servie en altitude plutot qu'apportee froide.

Trois services, avec un choix de menu. Le plat au boeuf Angus court-rib commence par une burrata italienne, puis la cote avec du riz, puis une sphere de chocolat avec de la glace ; il y a des options vegetariennes et autres a choisir a la reservation. Cela dure un peu plus d'une heure, et la plateforme tourne lentement pour que personne ne passe tout le repas face au mauvais cote.

La vue est la raison de venir. Downtown, le Burj Khalifa et la cote, depuis un angle qu'aucun restaurant n'obtient.

Notes pratiques a connaitre d'avance. Vous etes attache dans un harnais de type aeronautique et ne pouvez pas quitter la table une fois en l'air : allez aux toilettes avant l'embarquement. Il y a un age minimum et un poids maximum par siege, et le tout depend de la meteo : un vent fort deplace ou annule un service, et on vous le dira le jour meme. Pas pour ceux qui sont mal a l'aise avec la hauteur.

Absolutely beautiful experience. 50ft high with drone celebrations to top it off was AMAZING. The chefs were impeccable. Love Love Love. The entire team ensured you were safe and totally enjoyed each moment. They were extremely interactive. Would highly recommend
