Un flyboard est une planche attachee a vos pieds alimentee par un jet d'eau, qui vous souleve de la mer et vous y maintient. Trente minutes avec un instructeur, au large d'Umm Suqeim avec le Burj Al Arab derriere vous.

Personne ne vole immediatement. Les dix premieres minutes sont passees a trouver son equilibre tandis que l'instructeur controle l'accelerateur depuis le bateau, et la plupart des gens tiennent debout de maniere stable a mi-parcours et plongent comme un dauphin a la fin. Cette progression fait tout l'interet.

Aucune experience n'est necessaire et vous n'avez pas besoin d'etre un bon nageur : un gilet de sauvetage est porte tout au long et l'instructeur est dans l'eau avec vous.

Les photos et videos sont prises par l'instructeur et envoyees ensuite, ce qui compte ici plus que sur la plupart des activites : c'est vraiment difficile a photographier soi-meme et cela semble bien plus spectaculaire que ce qu'on ressent.

Des casiers et une cabine avec douche ouverte sont fournis. Les lentilles de contact valent mieux etre echangees contre des lunettes laissees a terre, ou perdues.

It was a fantastic experience and I absolutely loved every second of it. Worth the money. And my guide Sampat was patient and he taught only what needed to be taught step by step - by the end of it - I was easily Flyboarding (okay not so easily but airtime increased quite a bit) ! Dil was also very kind and helpful ! 10/10 Experience with Nemo - also go for early morning slot for experience and evening slot for photos - take your pick
