Our private driver picked us up on time and were very comfortable in the car. He didn't speak English which was fine, we were able to use a translator. He dropped us off to the closest point so we didn't have to walk that far. Flexibility is the key to hiring a private driver, the weather was not good to visit the Golden Bridge so we told him that we wished to be picked up earlier than late afternoon as there was no point for us to be at the summit due to heavy rain. We had a great day at Ba Na hills, driver was kind and on time, we arrived at 7:30 and took the cable car up, the company even arranged our ticket to the park in advance with qr code tickets - even though I booked the evening before only, they were very responsive. We spent the day in Ba Na hills until 3pm, visiting the gardens and also doing a lot of rides with our child (7 years old) , we did the alpine roller coaster and there was no line in the morning. Highly recommend! This day will be remembered forever. Thank you !!!
The driver was very nice and punctual. Despite not speaking much English, he was able to communicate clearly enough to get us to and from Ba Na Hills with no problem. I would use this service again on my next visit.
Great advice from operator Go Travel Da Nang who pre-booked tickets for us and recommended WOW pass definitely worth the extra $. Cars were clean and comfortable. We did have 3 different drivers with limited English so instructions were a bit tricky but it worked out very well in the end. Communication by WhatsApp so best have E-Sim as no free WiFi outside the park. Great communication and organising from Go Travel Da Nang. Highly recommend!

Pickup and drop off. Ba na hill is a great experience. I wanted flexibility since my parents a old and we didnt want to follow a guide. Was a great experience.
This private transfer option gave our group flexibility to go to Ba Na Hills earlier then most group tours and we were able to get up to the Golden Bridge when there were less people. We liked that as we wanted to leave earlier we were able to contact the driver and tell them when we were due to come down such that they were ready to pick us up when we got down. Recommended for the flexibility

Super chauffeur. Ideal pour la visite de Ba Na Hills depuis Danang à l’heure souhaitee. De ce fait aucune contrainte à laquelle visiter Da Na Hills. Le chauffeur etait dispo à notre retour, nous l’avons simplement prevenu 1h avant botre descente du parc
