The guide Michael was excellent, very friendly, polite and helpful. I've already recommended him to a friend. They were punctual and provided excellent service. I recommend him.
the tour operator didn't provide any pickup info up till the day of the tour I had to called the service provider and they also couldn't get in touch with them. I had to keep on contacting the tour operator and they finally pickup the call. Aside from that our tour guide the handsome Long was good and took cRe of us really well ensuring we were doing ok as we need to take alot stairs and was very informative and helpful throughout the tour.
Better communication from guide.. I came down the lift whilst the rest of the group came down the stairs. The driver said to wait where we had left Off which was near the lift. I waited. No one came down. I panicked. I ran around to where the stairs were to see if the group was coming down. I went to all the vans to see which van to locate the driver. I nearly caught a taxi back to Dana. I became very distressed. I eventually was informed that there was another way down the mountain and that most people come down that other way which is way over the other side when I found that out, I went tha
