This place should be one of the world’s natural wonders. A wonderful overnight cruise. Bang is efficient, professional and friendly. All the crew were beautiful and happy. Thank you so much for two days I will never forget.
Had such a great time, Bình is an amazing tour guide, he’s so funny, made everyone feel so welcome and slayed karaoke. Would highly recommend the tour, went to some amazingly beautiful sites and the food and stay was so worth it.
Tea was a great guide. Facilities were nice and the activities were excellent.

Great stay on the Cruise. Our tour guide Tea, and his team were very helpful, thoughtful and funny. We enjoyed our time a lot on lovely Ha Long Bay. Couldn’t recommend enough for a great value trip!
The experience on the ship was quite relaxing. The room was clean, and the bed was comfortable. The scenery of Ha Long is beautiful.
We visited Sung Sot cave and it was bigger than I expected. Really impressive inside.
Excellent range of activities, lovely to spend the night on the water in Ha Long Bay. It was very peaceful.
The Cozy Bay Grand ship felt quite cozy. The room was clean, and the bed was comfortable. The scenery along Ha Long Bay is beautiful, and every angle is perfect for taking photos. The staff were quick to assist, and the tour guide was enthusiastic.
Excellent tour. Well worth the 2 hour trip from Hanoi and very good value for money compared to others I’ve seen. Our guide, Bang, was friendly, knowledgable and informative and always on hand throughout the trip. The transport bus was large and comfortable. The only thing we didn’t like was the rest stops on route to and from Halong Bay - it’s always a sales pitch, you can’t just stop for a coffee and to use the restrooms without being lured into a craft village or bamboo factory to buy stuff. But I think that’s just the way it is there. The ship itself was a good size, comfortable and well e
