Cette expérience de 3,5 heures se déroule à Hanoï, construite autour de Bar à phin de Refined, Vieux quartier de Hanoï et Blackbird Coffee. Votre place est retenue auprès de l'opérateur avant que nous considérions votre réservation comme définitive.
Hanoï a mille ans et c'est une capitale coloniale française, les deux à la fois : les 36 rues du vieux quartier portant chacune le nom de la corporation qui y travaillait, le lac de l'Épée restituée en son cœur, le temple de la Littérature de 1070, le mausolée où Hô Chi Minh repose exposé (le matin seulement, fermé le lundi et le vendredi et deux mois chaque automne), et le quartier français bordé d'arbres, de villas et de l'Opéra. Les cafés de la rue du Train, où la voie passe à un mètre des tables, ouvrent et ferment au gré des décisions des autorités. Le café à l'œuf y a été inventé en 1946, le bun cha est le déjeuner, et le théâtre de marionnettes sur l'eau, au bord du lac, est la soirée. Hanoï est fraîche et grise de décembre à février et chaude de mai à septembre ; octobre et novembre sont les mois à privilégier.

The tour was wonderful, very reasonably priced as it includes all of the coffee and food you're going to eat. My guide Alex was fantastic. He actually reached out before to ask if I had anything to do before or after and if I needed to end in a certain place since I ended up being the only one on this tour. This coffee walking tour in Hanoi was a real highlight of my trip. Lyon was an excellent guide—knowledgeable, friendly, and clearly passionate about both coffee and the city. We visited a great mix of coffee shops, from popular spots to hidden gems tucked away down small alleys that I never would have found on my own. I joined the Walking Coffee Tour in Hanoi and it was such a fun and unique experience. Our guide Jason was very friendly and shared lots of interesting stories about Hanoi’s coffee culture. We visited several local coffee shops, and each one was so different and special in its own way. These were the kinds of places you would never find on your own. It was the perfect way to explore the city, learn something new, and enjoy amazing coffee along the way. I highly recommend this tour to anyone who wants to experience the real local side of Hanoi.

This was hands down one of the must-do activities in Hanoi! The tour gave us a chance to discover the city’s hidden soul through its most authentic ritual — coffee. I was amazed by the variety of specialty coffee from around the world that we got to try, each cup with its own unique story and flavor.
