I could not recommend Infinity highly enough! The transport they organised for us to get from Sa Pa to Ha Giang was seamless. We unfortunately experienced some very trying weather during our 4 day tour, and not once did I ever feel unsafe. This was a great first experience in Ha Giang and Vietnam overall. Our tour guide Kim was considerate, knowledgeable and fun! We felt like he really took care of us the whole trip and made us feel safe. Another big thanks to my driver Len who I felt very safe driving with!

I could not recommend doing the Ha Giang Loop with Infinity enough. I felt incredibly safe, it did not feel rushed. The stop points had a great variety: local villages, waterfalls, bamboo rafting, amazing view points etc. The transport to get to Infinity hostel was great, and well organised, and they arranged my returning transport so it was very easy. Sa was a great leader and his English was very good. It was a lovely level of drinking and socialising without being too much. The homestays are what they say. If you like your comforts, opt for a private room.

I absolutely loved it from start to end. our guide Tony was super amazing. he would explain everything in great detail at the view points. He was always happy and smiling and willing to answer all our questions. The views were breathtaking and landscape was so scenic!! I loved our group too, so much diversity and they were all friendly.

It was amazing. Everything was arranged perfectly. The food was amazing and the riders were fun to be around. The homestays along the road were so much fun and the people were very friendly. Afterwards we arranged a bus via the hostel which went really well. I accidentally left my bag on the bus. The company was very helpful and I had my bag back within a day. I really recommend this tour with this company. It will be an unforgettable experience!

My Ha Giang Loop was one of the most unforgettable experiences of my entire Vietnam trip. Everything was so well organized, from the accommodation before the loop to the relaxing pool time afterwards. It made the whole experience feel effortless and enjoyable. A special thank you to my guide, Tony. He was incredibly knowledgeable, helpful, kind and genuinely caring. He taught me so much about the region and local culture, always made sure I was comfortable, and he was also an amazing photographer! He knew exactly where to stop for the best views and captured so many beautiful memories for me.

This was the best of best. Super small group and private service, guides gave extra time in all stops and adopted to group speed, no scam. Infinity accomandation is located next to river and has a big pool. One of my top 5 things I have done so far in my life.

This was the best experience while visiting Vietnam. If you’re thinking about doing the loop Infinity are the best company to go with. The small groups are nice. The drivers are super safe and helpful. They take you to less crowded places and other routes to see the same sights meaning you are rarely stuck in a lot of loop traffic. The guides are very knowledgeable about the culture and you learn so much about the different communities in ha giang. The experience was amazing and very relaxed while still enjoying fun nights of trying some happy water and karaoke, it’s the best of both- very fun

Incredible experience, loved this company and all the stops chosen a long the way. Lots of drives through rural mountain communities where we didnt see a lot of other groups but still stopped at the major stops :) plus they donate 7% of your payment back to the communities you drive through which is major.
