Super cool cooking class! Loved learning how to make pho! It was super intimate and small number of people as well which made it easier to engage and more enjoyable :)
Maxi and her sister were amazing! Maxi spoke English very well with clear instructions and a good sense of humor. We chose to make Bun Cha and egg coffee. We were responsible for cutting the vegetables, making dipping sauce, mixing and rolling meatballs and grilling over the charcoal grill. Rice noodles and herbs were prepared. Maxi made the egg coffee for us but showed us the steps. The food and coffee was very delicious!
We had chris hosting us tonight. Nice pace with just enough content for the group to enjoy while we getting to know each other as well. Delicious food we made and thanks again for the experience. Highly recommended.

10/10. wow wow wow. It was amazing. Simon was the best! A well-trained chef with personality and skill. We felt so welcomed. The entire family had the best time. We all learned something about Vietnam, cooking, and the reason that they eat Pho for breakfast. We want to book another class!
Loved our cooking class, we made Pho Bo and it was absolutely delicious. Best Pho Bo i’ve had in Vietnam, I can’t recommend this cooking class enough, Maxi and Simon were amazing and very insightful.
Cooked the Bun cha bbq pork. Our guide Maxie was awesome. Perfect English, very kind, patient and friendly local girl. Food turned out perfect, best we had during our stay in Hanoi.
