Pleasant, straight forward. I had a small issue trying to find my pick up point. Everything worked out. Highly recommend.
Very well organized, pick-up was super punctual, bus was good, made a restroom stop at a very nice and clean place. Even got a water and some cookies for the ride 😊

The trip went smoothly. The pickup location was arranged the day before, and they arrived on time. The bus was comfortable, and we made a halfway stop to buy some snacks or use the toilet. Overall, the transfer was very efficient.

Excellent service! The guide Dong spoke great english, informed us about bathroom breaks ( one 15 minute break) and took us really nice places ( clean, minimarket to buy snacks) and we even got a little gift bag including water and snack! At Hanoi Dong drove me personally to my hotel by his motorbike because the other bus was full. Thank you very much!!😊
It’s a long journey in a bus, but it was well organised & very air conditioned ! Our tour guide couldn’t pick us up from our hotel due to traffic, but gave us enough notice to grab a taxi, reimbursed us, and ensured we were checked in onto the bus!
The activities were fine, the timing was good, the communication was good, the lunch was good, the boat was OK. My only raised eyebrow was the physical difficulty of the climb on monkey island, it was much more like rock climbing than a hike and it felt as though it could have ended badly, although we all made it.
Wir haben zurück wieder diese Möglichkeit genutzt. Dieses Mal mussten wir allerdings eine halbe Stunde auf den Bus warten. Dann im Bus erfuhren wir das keine Fähre fährt, wegen des Taifuns. Wir sollten uns ein Ticket für die Gondel kaufen um rüber zu kommen. Am andere Ende wartete aber wieder ein Reisebus, allerdings fuhr der nur zum großen Treffpunkt und irgendwie hatten wir das Gefühl, dass niemand wusste, das wir zum Hotel gebracht werden sollten. Naja es hat aber dann alles geklappt.
Alles war gut organisiert, wir wurden pünktlich abgeholt. Es ging vom kleinen Van in einen Reisebus, dann auf die Schnellfähre und wieder in einen Reisebus. Alles hat gut geklappt.
