Super Show - very unique and a must see when you are in Hanoi
The puppet show was very nice, surprisingly funny, beautiful and with a historical meaning. I advise you to search for it in AI before seeing to understand better. Getting the tickets in a tourism agency not far from the theater was nice, because we skip the line for buying tickets. If you are in doubt, just go for it, it’s a short (50 min duration) show and totally worth it.
Booking was easy and instant confirmation. You just need to meet with the person at the venue 10mins before the show. Thankful for them that I was able to get the best seat and view for the puppet show.
It’s such a great experience to book while in Hanoi!
Amazing - loved the vibe. For anyone that purchases a ticket through an online platform you only need to be there 10 minutes earlier to the show starting as the tickets will be handed to you by a person in the waiting area next to the ticket booth.

The show itself is excellent, creative and a real privilege to watch. But it was chaotic trying to get tickets, and the performance is marred by people waving their phones around recording the show. It was distracting, frequently blocked our view, and annoying. I’d like to see phones banned, or they could only allow their use in the first five minutes or something. Also, it seemed like every seat was a VIP seat. We paid more for our tickets, but ended up about 10 or 11 rows back. Still, the puppets, the craft and the music are a fabulous privilege to witness.
