The tour was excellent. He provided detailed info in an interesting way and fully engaged the participants. His love for coffee shone through during the session and we were able to create on our own, iconic coffees available in Vietnam. He is a true ambassador for Vietnam’s coffee culture. He also has a nice personality and the banh mi sandwich provided was a good thought to balance the amount of coffee I consumed. I would definitely recommend his tour to anyone who is interested in finding out more about coffee or who just want to spend an afternoon understanding Vietnam’s history and culture
It was an excellent afternoon learning all about Vietnamese coffee, how different brewing methods give different results, and learning how to make 3 different Vietnamese style coffees. Quynh was informative and a really good guide. Thoroughly enjoyable and we learnt a lot!
I really enjoyed this Coffee Journey! He was incredibly knowledgeable, well spoken and friendly, and I learnt so much! Not to mention the coffee was delicious. I would 100% recommend that anyone even remotely interested in coffee or history books this experience. Thank you!
This experience needs far more reviews, it was excellent. We had a great afternoon with Quynh learning all about the history of coffee in Vietnam, both growing it and the origins of all the different types of drinks (coconut, condensed milk, salt, egg), as well as the brewing methods, and of course we got the opportunity to make and try them all too. It was very interesting to learn so much about Robusta too, this experience provided a whole new perspective on both Robusta and what it means to Vietnam. Quynh was very knowledgeable about all coffee too, not just Robusta, and was happy to answer
I can greatly recommend this activity. The host is incredibly knowledgeable, not only about coffee in Vietnam, but also about coffee in the world. We brewed and tasted incredible Vietnamese coffees while he walked us through the world history of coffee, and how Vietnam links into it. His English is also very good and he was very eager to answer questions, so come with some prepared!
Our host was exceptionally knowledgeable about the history of coffee in general and particularly in Vietnam. He spoke perfect English and answered all our questions. We got to make and try various types of coffee. Overall it was thoroughly enjoyable and worthwhile.

Quynh has a wealth of knowledge and a passion for coffee from Vietnam he shared brilliantly. simple but top tips how to make coffee specialities from different parts of the country
