Our tour was private for 6 people. The van picked us up on time. The driver was polite and the van was clean and comfortable. Miss Le our tour guide was great. Very knowledgeable and very nice. There were a lot of people at the sites we visited so things took longer but out tour guide let us take our time. They even went out of their way to stop at a traditional candy shop because I wanted to buy coconut candy. Highly recommend.
Kevin was an amazing tour guide …knowledgeable, friendly, and with a great sense of humour that kept the whole experience fun. He made our trip feel truly special and memorable. Highly recommend!
The tour was very interesting and the guide was very thorough and detailed in his explanations and timing. It would have been good if we could have arrived at Hoi An earlier so that we had more than an hour in the old town before our lantern boat ride and dinner. Also having longer to have dinner would have been good, but that was really our fault because of our ship's timetable. Overall it was a great tour. I had no idea it would be so busy with people.

Unfortunately, there was nothing good in this trip. First, the guide and driver were not in sync which resulted in miscommunication about hotel pick up time resulting in us waitingat the hotel lobby for more than 30 mins. Secondly, there was no prior communication from the operator regarding pick up and trip. There was simply no initiative from the guide. Third, driver didn't speak English. The guide also spoke in broken English making communication very challenging. Fourth, the guide was always in a rush and had no inclination to engage with the tourists...we didn't need him for directions fr
