Picked up on time from hotel and left off at hotel in SaPa - very smooth . Bit difficult to understand driver instructions but managed fine .
The bus trip is very well organised. Everybody is friendly and you get what you booked a night bus. All is safe but bumpy and loud. A good night rest is not what you booked. But a good method to travel and safe time (and money).
Great beds! Frequent toilet breaks - just make sure to take cash with you for toilet paper! (around 30k)

Traveled by day as great pick up from hotel in Tam Coc we stopped a couple of times for food etc on route . Stunning scenery along the way rising up to Sapa .Not sure a night trip would have suited us as although the beds are very comfortable the roads & route twists & turns & I think it would be a rough sleep .we were transferred to our hotel from drop off in Sapa in smaller bus worked really well
Smooth clean transfer from Sapa to Ninh Binh. Drive is mostly on straight roads and not too much winding. I gave my hotel name in Ninh Binh and was told I'd be dropped off there. so when the bus stopped in Ninh Binh center, I didn't get off the bus. I didn't hear anyone call my name or come check for me or remaining people on the bus. I ended up being left on the bus and taken to some side parking lot alone. Luckily it wasn't too far from their Ninh Binh office and the driver walked me to the office to get the transfer vehicle to my hotel. it was dark at night and a bit insecure area. They sho

This was a great service and included an unexpected courtesy shuttle van drop off at our accommodation in Sa Pa. Our first sleeper bus experience and we wouldn’t hesitate to book another one.
