Full description
This is a 1.5-hour experience from Canggu, built around Water taxi and Sanur. It is run by Heavens Corner, an operator we book with directly rather than through a reseller, which is why we can hold your place with them before we treat your booking as final.
Snorkelling off Nusa Penida is about the reef manta rays at Manta Point on the island's south coast, where they are present year-round, feeding and being cleaned in the swell at the base of the cliffs. Boats then move to calmer spots such as Crystal Bay, Gamat Bay and the wall at Buyuk for coral and fish. Between July and October, Crystal Bay is also the place divers come for the oceanic sunfish, mola mola, which rise from deep water in the cooler months. Manta Point is exposed to southern swell and boats skip it when the sea is up, so a day here is always weather-dependent. The crossing from Sanur is thirty to forty-five minutes.
The price covers Guide, Shared boat, Safety equipment, Snorkeling equipment and Fish food. It does not cover Hotel pickup and drop-off and Lunch, so budget for those separately. Everything included is listed in full on this page; if something is not on that list, assume it is not in the price.

Really good. Short trip out on the boast and then we had a great time snorkeling with the fish
Although we didn’t see any manta rays or sea turtles , I thoroughly enjoyed the day out , we stopped off at 4 different locations to snorkel and saw many varieties of fish. Lunch was provided at maruti beach club where you could also use the swimming pool. I’ve read other people’s reviews and they saw both manta rays and sea turtles so I guess it’s just luck of the draw ! Still an enjoyable day nonetheless !

Blew away any expectations I had for this experience. Amazing value for money. Very short boat ride for those that suffer from sea sickness and when you get into the water there are literally hundreds of fish waiting to greet you. The guides were fantastic, very accommodating to the kids in our group. The price included go-pro footage so no need to take your own device. The footage is way better than I would’ve been able to get myself. An hour and a half way plenty with kids. Could not recommend this enough.
From start to finish it was a great experience. Our guide Dicky was super friendly and helpful. We saw thousands of fish just off the shore of Sanur. Dicky took GoPro footage of us feeding the fish. We chose a short trip but we had plenty of time to swim amongst the fish. Great experience. Thank you Dicky.

We thoroughly enjoyed this trip, the fish were beautiful and by feeding them they are all attracted to you. The GoPro footage is great and will be a lovely memory for once we’re home. Enjoyed it so much that booking fishing trip tomorrow with the same people. Thanks guys we had an amazing time.

Great all necessary equipment was provided It’s a very simple traditional boat with sun canopy that only holds 8 passengers with 2 crew Lockers are provided to leave your belongings and they what’s app their go pro footage to you for no extra cost. After booking we were given the option to choose our departure time 7.50am 10am or 11.30am . There is quite a strong current so you need to keep life jacket on to snorkel unless you are a strong swimmer
