This is a 40-minute experience in Canggu. It is run by Sniffy Perfume Experience, an operator we book with directly rather than through a reseller, which is why we can hold your place with them before we treat your booking as final.

Ubud's reputation as Bali's art town dates from the 1930s, when the painters Walter Spies and Rudolf Bonnet settled here and, with the royal family, founded the Pita Maha artists' association that shaped the Ubud painting style. The Neka, Puri Lukisan and ARMA museums hold the best collections, and the villages around the town still specialise: Batuan in painting, Mas in carving, Celuk in silver. Studio workshops take that into a few hours of making something yourself with an instructor, and you leave with the piece. Wear something that can take paint, wax or dye.

We had a wonderful and very enjoyable experience. We absolutely loved experimenting with all the beautiful fragrance oils and creating different scents. The young lady who assisted us was warm, friendly and incredibly welcoming, which made the whole experience even more special. We would definitely recommend it and would love to return!

I’m so happy I booked this perfume workshop! It was such a wonderful experience from start to finish. The communication was absolutely amazing. My flight was delayed by four hours, and I thought I was going to miss the workshop completely. I reached out to ask if I could arrive later, and they were incredibly understanding and flexible.
