The atmosphere during the Indonesian Sign Language course is amazing! It’s a great approach for the public. The point is that the hearing community gains greater awareness of the Deaf world and Deaf culture. During the lesson, I learned basic phrases in Indonesian Sign Language, such as “my name is,” “sorry,” “thank you,” etc. In my opinion, it’s wonderful to learn sign language directly from Deaf instructors. After all, it’s about authenticity.
