Full description
This is a 8-hour experience from Canggu, built around Tegallalang Rice Terrace, Tirta Empul and Coffee plantation. It is run by Your Bali Trekking Tour, an operator we book with directly rather than through a reseller, which is why we can hold your place with them before we treat your booking as final.
A highlights day around Ubud strings together the places that photograph best in the order the light suits them: Tegallalang before the coaches, a swing while the queue is short, a waterfall by late morning, and Tirta Empul or a temple in the afternoon. The distances are small but the roads are slow, so the order matters more than the list. Sarongs are needed at every temple and are provided at the gate; swings and some viewpoints charge separately from the tour; and wet-season afternoons, November to March, often bring rain from about two o'clock, which is why these days start early.
Pickup is offered from Sanur, Kuta Selatan, Jalan Nusa Dua, Ungasan, Ubud and Seminyak; the exact spot and time are agreed with Your Bali Trekking Tour once the booking is confirmed, and the option you choose sets whether transport is included.

We enjoyed our trip with a super guide, a very kind and professional person.
We had the best day. Gede Susila (our driver) was incredibly helpful and friendly. He offered to take us to wherever we wanted in Ubud. He gave us several options to choose from, recommending different locations along our tour. We got to do so much during our tour including; swings photoshoot experience, seeing handmade wood caving, handmade jewellery, coffee plantation, waterfall, rice Terrance and a lovely restaurant to have lunch in between our tour. Gede Susila took us to the rice Terrence for our last destination (around sunset) knowing that it would be quiet and we’d get better photos. H
Edi was an awesome guide! He allowed us to make the trip our own while showing us amazing cultural stops along the way.

The tour was really interesting: one day spent in Ubud to see the rice fields, the waterfall, the black sand beach and the characteristic market. Our driver and guide, Margan, was extraordinary, he went above and beyond: he took some pics of us, explained us the Balinese life, religion, traditions and culture. He also drove us to a nice place to get some lunch. Highly recommend this tour and Margan!
We had a great Tour with Agus. He was in point to pick us up in the Morning from the Hotel we had in the South. We had the Option to decide where we get first, because we stayed one night in Ubud and had another place to sleep. That‘s why we started with Canggu and saw a Surfer Contest. With Agus we talked a lot of the Bali Culture and our german Culture and History. The Exchange was very nice. Especially to understand to eachother. Our guide Jerry was amazing! Very informative and knew all the spots for great photos. He was patient and allowed us to do the tour at our own pace, which was good especially because I am pregnant. Be careful not to get too caught up in the coffee tasting or you will not have much time for the rest of the rice terrace and swings. Take an extra pair of shoes that you will not mind getting dirty as the trek to the waterfall can get muddy. Otherwise really worth the tour!

I was alone on this one, my tour guide Komang Yus was amazing, so friendly, restaurant Teba Sari where he took me for lunch was probably best meal I had in my life&accompanied with best view of the forest. Places were amazing, from rice terraces to waterfall, coffee is excellent! Must try! Don't be scared! And for finish, beach was great, my rec is to go to different place a bit up the Ecco Beach, is called Labrisa, pools, dj and sunset. Cheers.
Our driver Gede Susila was extremely helpful, knowledgable and friendly. In addition to the waterfall, ricefields and black sands on this tour, we were offered customised options to see a range of craft galleries and attractions including coffee processing. I highly recommend this tour and driver. Some of the highlights included unscheduled stops for photo opportunities of the amazing countryside and farmland. These features were explained to us including many other aspects of the local culture.
