This is a 10-hour experience from Ubud, built around Taman Ayun Temple, Ulun Danu Bratan Temple and Lake Beratan. It is run by Bali Charm, an operator we book with directly rather than through a reseller, which is why we can hold your place with them before we treat your booking as final.
Balinese Hinduism is a religion of daily practice: the small palm-leaf offerings, canang sari, are set out each morning at doorways, shrines and dashboards, and a village temple has festivals on its own calendar, so there is a ceremony somewhere on the island every day. Visitors enter temples in a sarong and sash, provided at the gate, and stay out of the inner courtyards during prayer. Nyepi, the day of silence in March, closes the whole island for 24 hours, including the airport and the roads, and tours do not run that day. Balian, the traditional healers, and palm readers still practise in the villages around Ubud, and a reading is a conversation with an interpreter rather than a performance.
Pickup is offered from Port of Benoa, Nusa Dua Beach, Kuta, Ubud, Jimbaran and Sanur; the exact spot and time are agreed with Bali Charm once the booking is confirmed, and the option you choose sets whether transport is included.
The price covers Inclusive, Parking fee, Entrance fee to the sight we visit, Mineral water and Ac car. It does not cover Not inclusive, Meal and other personal expenses, so budget for those separately. Everything included is listed in full on this page; if something is not on that list, assume it is not in the price.

We need at least one day's notice, and we confirm the date with Bali Charm before treating your booking as final. If they cannot take your date we tell you and refund you rather than leave you waiting.

An intense day in northeast Bali. Our guide, Wayan, picked us up at our hotel and took us to visit three important temples in Bali and the rice terraces in the north. It was a busy but beautiful day. Wayan, our guide, was available and explained the culture and traditions of Bali to us. He was very patient and helpful. Excellent experience.
It was an amazing experience, Made was an excellent guide, we learned a lot about beautiful Bali, its history, culture and about Hindus religion. It was a private tour so that we could explore also other places like a coffee plantation and the Handara gate. The organization was perfect, we had a great day!

Awesome day ! We started the tour on time from ubud. Our guide had water bottles for us in the car. We went to visit the 2 temples and had many opportunities to take pictures. Nothing was rush. The visit to the rice field was breathtaking. We had a choice between 2 trails. Both end at the same place. We had lunch next to rice field for an awesome view. We had plenty of time left before the sunset and stopped at the plantation. We discovered many tea and coffee with the free tasting. We bought 5 of the 14 we tried. For the last temple, il was a beautiful view but the sky was unfortunately cloud
