Full description
This is a 2-hour experience from Ubud, built around Padang Bai Harbour. It is run by Sweet Bali Tour (SBT), an operator we book with directly rather than through a reseller, which is why we can hold your place with them before we treat your booking as final.
The waterfalls around Ubud sit in a band to the east and south of the town, mostly within an hour's drive. Tegenungan is the closest and the busiest, with a broad fall and a pool at the bottom. Tibumana and Kanto Lampo, both in Bangli, are smaller and better for getting in the water: Tibumana drops in a single curtain into a clear pool, and at Kanto Lampo the water fans across a stepped rock face that people climb onto for photographs. All of them involve steps down and back up, and the rocks are slippery, so proper sandals or shoes that can get wet are the right footwear. The wet season, November to March, brings the fullest flow but also brown water for a day or two after heavy rain.

Snorkeling magnifique des coraux et poissons à couper le souffle (très bien organisé : matériels très bien entretenus, temps pour se doucher si besoin avec prêt de serviette); cascade magnifique avec une superbe photo souvenir. Merci à Juna notre guide sur la journée, qui a été d’une gentillesse incroyable, nous a appris pleins de choses sur Bali ainsi que sa culture et qui a persévéré malgré notre Anglais plus que mauvais. Nous vous recommandons plus que vivement cette activité !
